E) Acetate, Panthenol, Propylene Glycol, Linolenic Acid, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein/PVP Crosspolymer, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Myristoyl Pentapeptide-19, Linoleic Acid, Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer, Propanediol, Mica, Phenethyl Alcohol, Isocetyl Stearate, Aminomethyl Propanol, Sodium Hydroxide, Caprylhydroxamic Acid.
HOW TO USE:
Apply a very thin layer with a concealer brush, or finger tips. Then dip brush into your glitter or paint dust and apply accordingly.
